Privacy Statement

The Cambridgeshire Records Society's officers hold members' contact details in order to inform them of meetings and other activities and to distribute publications. We also hold your bank details in order to process your annual subscription. We do not share them with anyone else. We wish to keep a record of your membership for the society's archive but will remove contact details and financial data from our records within 12 months of your resignation in writing.
